BMAAK's membership comprises manufacturers, distributors, suppliers, and service providers involved in the building materials sector. Members represent various sub-sectors, including cement, steel, timber, plumbing, electricals, paints, and finishes, among others. The Association welcomes both international corporations and local SMEs that contribute to the development and expansion of the building materials industry.

Allied Members include banking and insurance institutions, and other entities directly or indirectly connected to the industry, all of whom share a willingness to support Construction industry in Kenya.

There are three membership catergories:
◉ Ordinary/MSME:  Ksh 10,000
◉ Corporate Mamber: Ksh 20,000
Note: Membership fees are paid in full and renewable every year.
